(Liaoyang First Rubber Plant Originally) locates on No.3 North Xinhua Road of Liaoyang city, has transport facilities that is close to Shenyang Taoxian international airport, Dalian and Bayuquan seaport，the high-speed road from Shenyang to Dalian, the railway from Harbin to Dalian.
Liaoyang Dawn Rubber Co., Ltd. Occupies land area 56700 square meters, and workshop area 13600 square meters. The company mainly manufactures tire for light truck, farm tractor, motorcycle and wheels, also series of rubber products such as EPDM waterproof material(BISHUI brand), rubber & plastic blending material, necessary adhesives(HEHAO brand) etc. The "Production Line of Extruding and Continuous Vulcanizing EPDM Waterproof Rolling Material with Cold Material Feeding" from Kobe Machinery Co., Ltd. Japan was the first line in domestic. Our company is the largest production base of EPDM waterproof rolling material at present, with the annual existing capacity of producing above 2 million square meters. Our technicians are studying self-adhesived EPDM waterproof material and cold setting glue for SBS and APP.

Characteristic of humanized management: The company has made efforts in environmental improvement in recent years, plant more than 200 various kinds of green plants altogether nearly 4000 square meters of lawn; Rest that the staff worked in the factory, hygiene facility are allocated well, the lobby is 500 square meters, two places of bathroom are more than 200 square meters, standard of the change room is unified, there are water washing type bathrooms, the service facility reflects the characteristic of humanized management as much as possible . |
